Returns: If you’re not happy with your ordered item for whatever reason, you are able to return your goods for a full refund within 28 days as long as you still have the receipt. If you do not still have the receipt we will provide you with a gift voucher equal to the sum you spent.
Payment Options: There are a variety of payment options but for the quickest and easiest method, we advise using paypal online.
Packaging and Shipping: Your item will be packaged by the designer and delivery will be organised by us. Shipping fees are included in the price and we estimate 5-7 days from order to receipt.
Insurance: Your item will be protected by insurance from our storage facility to your address. However, should you wish to return the item you will need to ensure it is insured up to its full value. From the moment you sign for it until it is back in our facility, you are entirely responsible should anything happen to the item.
Delivery: Delivery will be organised by us, but due to the nature of the item and the insurance put on it, you will need to sign for it on receipt. If you feel this may be a problem – you cannot guarantee you will be there at certain times – then please contact our customer service to arrange for a suitable alternative.
